Jana Caskey, 200RYT

Jana began practicing yoga over 14 years ago as rehab to overcome an injury. Since 2012 her practice has been mostly Ashtanga-inspired, however she spent many years practicing Anusara and Hatha yoga.

Yoga provided Jana with the tools to be more grateful, more compassionate with herself and others. As her personal practice grew, she knew at some point she wanted to teach yoga as well. In the spring of 2016, the opportunity finally presented itself. In April of 2016, she completed teacher training under Sara Turk at Cherry Blossom Yoga.

When she is not doing yoga, she loves to be with animals, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
