BIO

Luke began teaching yoga in 2012. He’s trained in different schools and styles of yoga, and finda value in all of them. In his classes, Luke strives to do more than teach the various yoga techniques. He wants the students to enjoy the practice and have a playful curiosity with the movement. 

We all lead busy lives with different pressures and responsibilities. So many of us don’t have the time or energy to focus on our health and well-being. As a result we’re suffering from stress, depression, and a variety of aches and pains. Luke knows from his own experience, exercising has become one more chore to add to the list. He has come to learn that the secret is to become totally engaged with how your body works and moves, and the rest will take care of itself.

Luke’s philosophy is that he doesn’t work out, he doesn’t exercise, he’s not into fitness… he plays!

Luke is also a Licensed Massage Therapist with a focus is Thai Massage and Deep Tissue. His approach is always therapeutic in nature, with a goal to relieve pain and injury in a calm, and relaxing environment.
